The Role:
Were looking for a Senior Brand Designer who thinks like an ad creative and designs like a craft-obsessed brand designer. Youll help build a category-defining brand and develop campaign ideas that cut through a crowded AI landscape. Youll concept, storyboard, design, and bring to life work across brand, marketing, social, OOH, events, product launches, and narrative content.

Youll partner closely with the Creative Director and Marketing Lead to shape the brands voice and visual identity while generating big campaign ideas that inspire teams and resonate in the market. This is a rare chance to influence a brand in an industry where visual language is still being written.

This role is five days a week in the London office, and long hours should be expected.

What Youll Be Responsible For:

  • Generate strong, insight-driven creative ideas for brand campaigns, launches, OOH, and digital marketing.

  • Help evolve the brand system and expand it into new surfaces and formats.

  • Design high-impact assets across web, product marketing, presentations, social, and large-format OOH.

  • Ensure every touchpoint feels cohesive, elevated, and unmistakably the brand.

  • Partner with marketing and product teams to shape narratives for product launches and case studies.

  • Work closely with the Creative Director to build templates, libraries, and brand tools that scale.

  • Engage with external creative partners on campaign and production needs.

  • Maintain a consistently high standard of visual execution.

  • Youll collaborate directly with the CEO, Marketing Lead, and Sales team, influencing brand and visual identity at the highest level.

What Were Looking For:

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in brand design, art direction, or visual storytelling at a fast-moving startup or creative agency.

  • A portfolio with real conceptual strength: campaigns, key visuals, storytelling, and big-idea thinking.

  • Strong craft across typography, layout, composition, and design for digital and physical mediums.

  • Experience concepting and designing for motion, social, OOH, and integrated campaigns.

  • Proficiency in Figma, with bonus points for tools like After Effects, Jitter, or Framer.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects, switch between conceptual and executional work, and move quickly without losing quality.

  • A collaborative mindset and excitement about partnering closely with creatives, marketers, and product teams.

  • A deep sense of ownership, curiosity, and pride in producing exceptional work.

  • Comfort working closely with product teams to shape in-product design and motion.

  • High standards, low ego, and the ability to operate at speed without sacrificing quality.
