The Role:
Weʼre looking for a Creative Director to build a category-defining brand from scratch and set the standard for how the entire category communicates. Youʼll partner closely with the Marketing Lead to translate strategy into world-class creative, develop a unified design system, and direct a high-performing team producing campaigns, product explainers, motion content, and launch assets that shape how this organisation is understood.
This role is five days a week in the London office, and long hours should be expected.
What Youʼll Be Responsible For:

Own the creative vision and ensure every piece of content meets an exceptionally high standard.

Lead concept development for brand campaigns, product storytelling, and global launches.

Oversee design, motion, and copy to produce cohesive, high-impact creative across all channels.

Build and maintain a unified brand system that scales across marketing and product surfaces.

Direct the creative execution of the upcoming rebrand and website rebuild.

Partner with product and marketing teams to translate complex workflows into clear narratives.

Provide hands-on creative leadership, mentoring designers and shaping the end-to-end craft.

Manage freelance creative partners and ensure consistent output across all contributors.

What Weʼre Looking For:

8 to 10 years of experience in creative direction, brand design, or visual storytelling.

A portfolio showing strong conceptual thinking, sophisticated visual taste, and excellent craft.

Experience building or evolving a brand system at a high-growth company or top-tier agency.
