The platform converts complex, manual processes into fully automated AI systems that scale across global teams. In under a year, it has become one of the fastest-growing enterprise AI platforms worldwide and recently closed a $75 million Series Aone of the largest fintech Series A rounds everbringing total funding to $90 million from leading global investors.
The Role:
My client is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to build and scale their growth engine across paid, organic, lifecycle, and experimentation. Youʼll be one of the earliest hires on the marketing team, driving measurable acquisition, engagement, and awareness among some of the most sophisticated buyers in the world.
Youʼll work closely with the Marketing Lead, Creative team, Sales, and Product to develop hypotheses, run experiments, analyze performance, and turn early wins into repeatable playbooks. This role is ideal for someone whoʼs equal parts analytical and creativesomeone who thrives in an environment where speed matters as much as precision.
This role is five days a week in the London office, and candidates should expect long hours, particularly around launches, campaigns, and experimentation cycles.
What Youʼll Be Responsible For:

Own paid experimentation across channels including LinkedIn, search, retargeting, and emerging platforms.

Build lifecycle journeys that grow activation, engagement, and repeat usage across user segments.

Develop email and in-product messaging that improves adoption of new modules and workflows.

Partner with Product to structure experiments focused on usage, minutes, and retention.

Partner with the Creative Director, Copywriter, and Designer to distribute content across LinkedIn, YouTube, and other channels.

Track and analyze performance using HubSpot, GA, LinkedIn Analytics, and internal dashboards.

Turn experiments into standardized playbooks that scale across markets.

Collaborate with Sales to build targeted outreach and demand generation programs for key accounts.

Work with Product Marketing to position new features and launches.

Align with the Creative team to shape campaign concepts and bring them to market.

What Weʼre Looking For:

4 to 6 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, lifecycle, or performance marketing.

Experience running experiments across paid social, search, and lifecycle.

Strong analytical instincts, familiarity with attribution, and comfort working with data.

Ability to write tight, clear messaging for paid ads, landing pages, and lifecycle sequences.

Experience collaborating with creative teams to launch and optimize campaigns.

Ability to work quickly, juggle competing priorities, and maintain a high bar for quality.

Curiosity, initiative, and a bias for action.

A strategic thinker who also loves rolling up their sleeves and shipping.
Nice to Have:

Experience in B2B, fintech, SaaS, or enterprise GTM environments.

Experience running experiments in HubSpot, Intercom, or other lifecycle tools.

Familiarity with SEO or website optimization.
